JD is 20yr absolute sweetheart. He's great for all types of riders. Very gentle, follows verbal commands "pick it up or stand down". Our daughters are gone now and he needs a place where he will be ridden. He can be left in the field for months and when it is time to ride.... he goes. We have put all new riders on him without ever any issues. His only downfall he can be a little tricky to catch sometimes, but once you do he can be led or even ridden with a lead rope.
